Founded in 2016 by esteemed HR leader, Danielle Martinez, Sole Hire emerged from a vision to transform the landscape of human resources and recruitment. Initially serving a niche market within the landscaping industry, Danielle’s firsthand experiences with inefficient recruiting practices and undervalued HR roles in her corporate journey fueled a desire for change. From witnessing the pitfalls of traditional HR approaches in various sectors, including IT/Managed Services and the concrete & cement industry, she recognized a profound need for a paradigm shift.
Danielle’s decision to not relocate with her former employer was pivotal. It wasn’t just about missing New Jersey’s beaches or avoiding unique wildlife; it was a matter of principle. Feeling undervalued and witnessing consistent disregard for HR integrity, she chose to fully dedicate herself to Sole Hire. This leap of faith marked the transition from an as-needed operation to a full-fledged commitment to revolutionizing HR and recruitment. Sole Hire evolved from a one-person venture to a dedicated team of Subject Matter Experts.
