Initially serving a niche market within the landscaping industry, Danielle’s firsthand experiences with inefficient recruiting practices and undervalued HR roles in her corporate journey fueled a desire for change. From witnessing the pitfalls of traditional HR approaches in various sectors, including IT/Managed Services and the concrete & cement industry, she recognized a profound need for a paradigm shift.

Danielle’s decision to not relocate with her former employer was pivotal. It wasn’t just about missing New Jersey’s beaches or avoiding unique wildlife; it was a matter of principle. Feeling undervalued and witnessing consistent disregard for HR integrity, she chose to fully dedicate herself to Sole Hire.
